About Rebecca
“I need Rebecca’s mind on this.” With 15 years’ experience in marketing, Rebecca has honed the skill set that makes her a go-to in her role as Art Director | Associate Creative Director.
Strategic, conceptual, and experience-oriented, Rebecca most recently developed print and digital creative for patient and HCP audiences in the Healthcare space. From large-scale projects (photo shoots, agency creative reels, case studies), to bread-and-butter projects (email programs, direct mail), Rebecca has supported prime clients like Genentech, Pfizer, and Eisai, as well as numerous agency initiatives and new business efforts. Formerly, Rebecca worked on American Express financial products, IBM technology products, global services, IT services, and B-to-B, as well as AT&T communications products. Her creative has won multiple industry awards.
Rebecca’s big-picture thinking, planning, and organization enable her to guide large volumes of work, from extensive image libraries to brand new campaigns. Ask her about her work and you’ll hear the presentation prowess that convinces clients to execute. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and determination are an asset to every team.
Within an agency, Rebecca is a happy contributor to agency culture. Personal initiatives, like developing an in-house yoga program, and "Arty-Minis", a monthly email program for Art Directors that delivers career tips and learning, have supported her peers and department.
Outside of work, you’ll find Rebecca designing the next Rebecca Valentine, her one-of-a-kind annual Valentine promotion; exploring and photographing natural spaces; and planning her next Big City Tour vacation. Rebecca works, creates, and lives in Wisconsin.
